2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.

  • Delays may occur during sales, promotions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure accurate address and phone number to avoid delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s system.

6. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed, our customer service team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
