At El Noir Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return & refund policy under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or negligence will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards or promotional items cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (or as store credit if requested).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible within 7 days for size or design issues, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was defective, wrong, or damaged.

  • In case of our error, we will cover the return shipping charges.
